Each appointment time is for ONE transaction. If you have multiple transactions you will need to schedule multiple appointments. You will not be allowed in the building more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and you are required to wear a mask and maintain the 6ft. Social Distancing Policy. Only individuals necessary for the transactions are allowed in the office.

When I walked into the area, I was greeted by the woman at the information desk, and she couldn’t have been more pleasant or personable. She guided me exactly where I needed to go. My husband arrived shortly after, and a different staff member helped us both. She was the sweetest so detailed as she looked over our passport paperwork, and so easy to talk with. We even chatted about our upcoming trip to Ireland and a few other things. For such a busy place, the experience was truly wonderful. Thank you for making it so smooth and welcoming.
